The project also allowed to carry out a complete overhaul of the processes as well as the integration of the new rules of signature and delegation of contracts

Objectives
- Upgrade the current version of the contract database that manages the real estate portfolio
- Redesign of the internal processes to better meet the needs of the real estate committee
- Equip the firm with a new contract database to manage all the firm’s contracts/purchases
